I’m a former Police Inspector who changed direction to become an HR leader and accredited career coach. After 16 years in policing, I made the decision to leave to pursue a new path of helping people with their careers — and I know first-hand how disorientating, isolating, and emotional that leap can be.

That’s why I created Ember® — the kind of programme I wish had existed when I was navigating that change.

With over eight years in senior HR roles, a postgraduate qualification in Executive Coaching & Mentoring, and accreditation as a career coach, I now help women leaving the emergency services reconnect with who they are and move forward with clarity and confidence. 

Outside of work you will usually find me outdoors walking the Somerset countryside, tackling my garden (never ends), browsing stationery shops, or eating Cadbury's Mini Eggs.
